L have a 1999 dodge intrepid with a 3.2 engine. I have replaced the cam sensor and crank sensor and have also replace the PMC. The car will turn over but not fire. I have no power going to my coils. Is there some kind of seperate computer that controls the signal or power to the coils? OR is there something esle that that I can check that makes the car fire/spark? Please Help!

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
