1999 Dodge Intrepid brakes

I have changed brake pads, caliber, & master cylinder and still my brakes want hold. Booster is good. What else could be wrong?

When you say they won't hold, can you describe what you mean? Do they work at all? Does the brake pedal feel normal? Do you have 4 wheel disc brakes or rear drum brakes?
