when I start my car the steering is VERY tight, almost impossible to steer. It doesn't have to be cold out. After I get it going and can give it some gas, it's fine. Brake fluid seems fine. Is this a major or minor repair? :?:

Sounds like the steering rack has bad seals in it. Until the fluid heats up, the seal don't expand and don't create pressure.

Once in a blue moon, I have found lucas power steering fluid to alleviate this. PRobably will need a rack. $500?
