1998 Dodge Intrepid replacing both belts (ac and ps / alt b

I have a 1998 Dodge Intrepid 2.7. The a/c belt broke so I am going to replace both belts. I understand what to do with the idler for the alt / ps side but on the ac side there is a tension spring....how do I move this to so I can fit the new belt?
