Ive seen all the commercials on tv, and i was wondering if these really do any good, if anyone knows about some please let me know.

Rather than using any of those gimmicks, just use good quality oil and filter, and always change your oil every 3K miles religiously. I would also use the same brand oil and filter all the times.
