Electrical problem
1998 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 117, miles

sometimes car clicks several times before it will turn over and sometimes it will start right away. we have changed the battery and cables. we had the starter tested and it tested fine. any solution?

check the small terminal at the starter
and if all OK
you need a new starter (has a flat spot )
