1998 Dodge Intrepid Battery or Engine problem?

The car just suddenly becomes that, when I turned the ignition key, it doesn't respond at all.

There are also no light or signal light that able to turn on. So I suspicious this is a battery problem?

I would start with having the battery checked, also check that the terminal are clean & tight, star there.
