Relay clicks when ignition switch engaged...engine won't turn over. Relay continues clicking when key is removed.Fuel pump pulses while ASD relay is clicking.Also, Idle Air Control valve might be bad,because the few times it has cranked,it will not idle. We did replace Fuel Pump and Intake gasket and Battery Cable ends and charged battery
