1997 Dodge Intrepid starting problem

My car is having trouble starting when I try the key it will start some and other it won't

The problem is electrical or fuel. The absence of either will keep the car from starting. So it may be best to get a car to drive for a while and leave your Intrepid it with a qualified technician so he can see which of those two things are keeping your engine from starting. That is alot of mileage for quite a few parts to last. And the list of possible failures is very long and I won't even mention one because there are so many. Good luck ok.
