The instrument cluster does, not work, Tach, Odoneter, Gas Gauge and temp gauge.

Who do I start trouble shooting this?

Start by looking inside the junction block at the left side of the dash. Locate and check the conditions of these fuses. Fuses # 9, 13, 14, and 17.
