1997 Dodge Intrepid; bad gas mileage

1997 Intrepid; 250,000 miles; Great car!!! Feels like it is missisng when at an idle, and at stop lights. I have replaced the plugs and the O2 censor. Just wondering where the throttle position sensor is located, and if that is what I should replace next. Thank you for your time. :)

throttle position sensors dont fail that often. it is located on the throttle body at the intake inlet i would say to look at your coil next if your are still haveing a misfire problems and then check the injectors from there move on to the enginecould be valve issues
