Sometimes when I apply the brakes, a growl comes from the front of the car and the ABS and Trac Off lights on the message center come on and stay on. Soetimes the lights stay on when I start the car. I haven't noticed any degraded operation of anything when this happens. I bought the car from my uncle and he told me that he had the problem checked out by his shop and they could not find anything wrong. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thank you.

Possible a sensor
you need to have the ABS system scanned for codes
that will help to pin point the troubled area
you can check wiring at wheel sensors
