I have a 96 Intrepid ES. We bought it used w/96k on the motor. We live in SE WI and during the VERY cold snaps my heater would not produce the heat that I feel it should have. The water temp is w/in the normal range and the blower motor works fine. I don't smell any antifreeze. Could my thermostat be "sticking"?

Might be the Stat or a problem with air mix/mode/blend doors not fully opening or actuator/vacuum problem.
