How to Synchronize throttle body

How do I Synchronize the throttle body on a 1996 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L?

I do not believe that the throttle bodies syncronize. They should be driven by cable, not drive by wire. Besides that point, if they have to be syncronized you would need a bi - directional scan tool.
