Car's Battery, Alternator and Starter all test out ok. Put the key in the ignition and turn key but car won't start. Then move key to where lights on the panel light up and let the key sit in this position for 5 to 20 min. and then turn key and the car will start ok after a while. Not sure what to do? Please help.
