My car jolts in overdrive. Could that be a. Transmission model or a control model. Or a ground wire?

Any of the above. Has the check engine light come on? Does it feel like it could be an engine miss under a load?

If the check engine light is on, you need to have the computer scanned to identify where the problem is coming from. What I recommend is this. Take it to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan it. Most will do it for free. Once you do that, let me know what you find.

Basically, it is telling you that the #1 cylender has a mis. It could be caused if a tune up hasn't been done for a long time, an ignition wire that is arcing. My concern is the lean mixture. Have you checked for vacuum leaks to the engine? If too much air is getting into the engine, then a lean mixture will occurr. Also, let me know when the last tune up was done.

I just did a tune up today, oil change oil filter, spark plungs and wires air filter I replaces 3 vaccum hoses that were bad. I got it scan agin it took the misfire problem away. But the engine lean is still there? Could it be an oxygen sensor?

It could be an O2 sensor, temp sensor, or a vacuum leak that was missed. I will add that a bad O2 sensor usually shows up on the scan.
