My husband has worked on many gm cars but is having a problem getting the rotors off this car is there something different on a dodge.

Nothing unusual on this one. He should be able to get them off. They may be rusted to the hub behind them.

Yep. rusted on good and solid from the back side around the bolts. Try a large sledge hammer from the back side and they should pop off. If not happening for you try an even larger sledge hammer. If you still cant get it off apply heat and a large sledge hammer or take it to a garage.
