1995 Dodge Intrepid Car wont start

I got in my car and it will turn over but wont start.I was on empty so I thought maybe it was gas. I put gas in and it still wont start

Spray carb cleaner into the throttle body did it start? If not disconnect a sparkplug wire and ground it to the engine while your helper cranks it over-do you have a snapping blue spark?
