I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE LOWER CONTROL ARM IS ATTASHED TO ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR. WHATEVER THAT METAL IS, ITS TORN. CAN THIS PART BE REPLACED OR WELDED BACK TOGETHER?

Hi:
Not being there to see what has happened, I can't be 100% sure. However, it does connect to the frame. You might be able to find a good body shop that may be abl to repair it.
