I put a crank sensor in and coilpack and still will not fire in cold weather if you keep cranking engine over and over in time it will fire or if put it inside with heat it will fire right away

Welcome to the forum, When it refuses to start, have helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs, if no spark, check primary voltage at the coil, dark green wire with orange tracer. At the injectors, check the same wire for voltage. Check for trouble codes. You may be able to get mil codes by cycling the ignition switch. You turn the key till the dash lites come on, no further. Cycle, on--off, on--off, on, then the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure.
