1993 Dodge Intrepid freeze plug

I think it is a cracked head but a friend said it might be the freeze plug. The leak is right next to the thermostat on the head. Is there a freeze plug in that area of the engine? Thanks Chris

there should be a freeze plug on the end, how fast is the coolant coming out? can you get me a picture?
