1993 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The cooling fans of my car don't work automatic, I try to tested with direct power from battery and looks ok I check the fusess and they look ok. but don't work automatic

check the cooling fans relays , does the coolant temp. gauge work in dash?
