THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON SO I AM WONDERING WHERE IS THE PORT FOR PLUGGING IN A SCAN TOOL IF POSSIBLE? IF NOT POSSIBLE CAN YOU JUMP A PLUG AND WATCH FOR A BLINKING SEQUENCE LIKE OLD OBDO AND OBD1.
NOTE : IT DOES SEEM LIKE A MISFIRE DUE TO WHAT I BELEIVE BAD GAS, TOO MUCH MOISTURE, IT WAS FROM CASEY'S AND I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN. THIS CAR IS NEW TO ME AS TWO OR THREE MONTHS. IT WAS MY FATHER IN LAW AND IT HAS ALWAYS RANLIKE A CHAMP.
NOTE: 3.5 ENGINE
THANKS FOR THE TIME AND HOPE I GET AN ANSWER SOON I DON'T LIKE DIVING IT WITH THE LIGHT ON I HAVE AVOIDED DRIVING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

Hi:
I believe on the 93 you need to cycle the ignition three times from off to run. On the 3rd time, let the key on and the check engine should flash codes that are stored.

Let me know if this works.
