Steering problem
1992 Dodge Dynasty 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150.00 miles

We Drove the car and it was hard to turn the
Steering Wheel, and it stoped a Couple of times
And then came back on and was ok, the belt
was hanging off on the right side of the car,
when she drove it home, the Car was real Hot,
What do you think is wrong with it.

It sounds like the belt just needs replaced. Were there any noises she heard before this happened?
