1991 Dodge Dynasty fuel pump wireing

Car died just like it ran out of gas. Got a fuel pump put in and the pump wouldn't come on. I thene replace the relay and check the fuses all good. I have power to the relay box ,to the and the coil. Now all the wires for the fuel system are green and black. Now if I knew where the wire goses through the fire wall I think I could find where it goses.

Does relay click? dk. green goes to pump but ECM must ground. Check engine light come on? Turn key on-off-on-off-on does check engine light flash?
