HOW MANY BRAKE LINES ARE THERE ON THIS CAR AND IF THE METAL LINE BREAKS WOULD YOU STILL BE ABLE TO STOP THE CAR?

The exact number of lines I can't tell you. However, the system is designed so you don't completely loose the brakes. But the stopping distance will seriously be affected.
