Wiper problems

I own a 1999 dodge durango, this morning I went to start my it and turned on the wipers. They started working just fine and then stopped. COuld this be a simple fuse problem or something bigger.

If it was a mechanical problem then you are looking at little work. But if the fuse went which is what I would want in order to save the motor, etc then I would obviously start there. It can always be the switch as well.
