dodge durango cuts off mostly every time i cut it on unless i pump the gas for a few minutes

I was sitting at the drive thru and my tuck cut off and is making a click sound like i need a jump when i turn the key i haven't been able to get a jump yet to see if that would cut it on, its been really cold idk if that matters or not i just got it out of the shop Friday so I'm hoping it's not that big of a problem I'm just hoping i can at least jump it to get it home

Sounds like the alternator might not be charging i would have the battery charged and tested also make sure your battery cables are clean and tight. If you had a multi meter we could do some tests.
