2006 Dodge Durango Rough idle revving and cutting off

My car will idle, roughly, when I am in neutral or standing still (engine on but not in drive). Also, at times, it has cut off when I'm backing up or at a light.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
