2003 Dodge Durango Removing the pcv valve

I have a 03 Durango 4.7. The pcv valve is on the oil filler neck under air conditioning lines. It is hard to pull it out. What is the best way to attack this problem?

There really is no easy way to remove it. All you can do is muscle it out.
