My headlights, cluster lights, wipers (non-int), dome lights and power locks will not work. I have looked at all the fuses in the PDC under the hood and in the fuse panel by the driver's side door and found nothing out of the ordinary. I have taken a test light to the associated fuse positions that I could find and the light lit up on the power side of the fuse except for the cluster light dimmer fuse (? - It was the 5A fuse in position 8/9). I do not have the tools to check the relays to see if they are bad but this seems like multiple relays if that is the problem. Is there a central timer module in which all these things are linked.I see that phrase or item several times on a wiring diagram I am looking at. I'm stumped and don't know what to look for now and/or how to test it with the limited tools I have.

To make matters worse I am in Germany so it's getting dark and I will not be able to drive it tonight since the lights do not work. This also brings up the problem of parts since I will have to have everything shipped from the states. What do I need to look for so I can get it in the mail?

The Central Timer Module is the Body Computer. It has a high failure rate. Hanging any computer onto otherwise simple circuits increases the unreliability of those circuits, but that's what they have to do to incorporate all the fancy toys and gimmicks people demand.

The seatbelts are controlled too by the CTM. If you find some systems work and others don't, suspect the CTM. Before you order one, check the connector for corroded pins, and be sure the ground wires are clean and tight.
