2003 Dodge Durango defrost fan not working in front

looking for location of blower fan motor and what to check for repair. Fan was working and sometimes squel when first turned on.

It is under the dash on the passanger's side. You need to remove the glove box and other accessories to get to it. If it was making noise, chances are it is burned up and needs replaced.
