2003 Dodge Durango air will not blow

the air in the front dash will not blow. it will get cold in the vents but the fan doesn't blow the air out. the air works because there is back vents that do blow so that fan does work. i tried to replace the fuse but a new fuse was not the problem because it still does not blow any air, cold nor hot.

Could be the blower motor relay, blower motor resistor and motor itself
