Engine Cooling problem
2002 Dodge Durango V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

was going down road and noticed temp gauge was rising. pull up to red light and the truck died and cranked it up again and noticed loud knocking from engine.reved engine a lil and noticed white pumes of smokes from tail pipe.please tell me what happened...blown head gasket?thrown rod?it was about 2 quarts low on oil.

To find out get it block and pressure tested.
