2002 Dodge Durango Intermittent wiper problem

The windshield wipers work on high and low but not on intermittent. Started failing at about 36K miles.
Dealer won't fix under warranty. Can't afford the price of a new module.

Help!!!!

Has it been diagnosed as the wiper mod? or just a guess? You can try used...or aftermarket..cheaper than dealers.
