Last October I started noticing that the engine would flare up cold usually to 1500 and then go back down to 600. It would also do it at stop lights or in park. It got very annoying. I brought it to my mechanic who cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve. It was better for a couple months but now its doing it again. Do you what it causing it? thanks
