is there an easier way to reinstall the wheel studs onto the rear wheels

the only there is install from rear put lug nut on pull them through with lug nut.

okay thanks. wish there is an easier way. should i just use elbow grease to power it on.

if they are the right ones and in straight an impact will pull them right through
