2001 Dodge Durango unexplained noise

There is a noise (roaring, popping, clicking, grinding) coming from the front end of the durango. Kinda sounds like the break pads are coming off even though we just replaced them not long ago. You can turn left and it sounds like it scrubs.The right tire/axle you can move it up and down.

if you can lift up on the whole wheel and move it you best be checking for bad wheel/hub bearings. theres no way it shoudl be moving like that. it will cause all of your noises that your hearing. also check the ball joints to see if there is play there instead of the wheel bearings. where ever you have play thats where its defective.
