2001 Dodge Durango Slow to start

2001 Dodge Durango V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The engine is slow to start when cold, starts normally when warm. I replaced the battery & that didn't solve the problem. Any idea's?

I need you to check the fuel pump pressure when cold. Let me know what you find.
