I tried for the first time removing my rear brake drums on my durango without success. I tried loosening the tension screw from the back but I was still unable to remove the drum any ideas?

Chrsler has in my opinion the worst drum brake setup going, if the adjuster lever is held with a pick you should be able to loosen the starwheel adjuster enough to pull the drum, if the screw isn't frozen.
If it's frozen, you need two large screwdrivers and pry it off...not easy!
