2001 Dodge Durango P0442 and P0455 at the same time

Hello, keep getting these codes P0442 & P0455 together, intermintently, checked all vac and emissions lines all seem to hold vacuum, could this be a sticking or malfunctioning canister purge valve?

P0445 is purge control valve circuit shorted. 442 is small leak in evap system. Check the valve!
