Engine Performance problem
2001 Dodge Durango V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150K miles

When stopped and truck is running, RPMs go up and down. Got error code P0121 so I replaced the throttle position sensor. Ran fine for a day the started doing it again. Also shut completely down while at a traffic light. Still getting the same error code. Help?

Check the 5 volts reference voltage and the ground circuit to include the signal return-
