2001 Dodge Durango HEADLIGHT FLICKERS ON AND OFF

The passenger side headlight will stay on for about 30 seconds, turns off for a few seconds then back on. I changed the bulb but it did not help.
I suspect a faulty relay but can not find the headlight relay in the Power Distribution Module or inside the vehicle fuse panel. I'm trying to find a wiring diagram online but no luck.
