I recently had the fan clutch installed. When starting the engine, there seems to be an excessive amount of engine noise (reving and sounds like the vehivle is pulling a very heavy load). At times this noise is evident foe two or three miles and at other times, it goes away after a few yards. Help!!!

That's not a problem. That's just a brand new fan clutch pulling more air than the old one. It has a thermal hydraulic valve in it. That's why it goes away.
