2001 Dodge Durango Engine overheating

I resently replaced the thermostate and flushed the radiator. I did this about a month ago. It strated overheating again. When I turn the heat on, it blows cold air. It will start to overflow radiator fluid from the overflow tank and steam alot. Any help would be appriciated.
