2001 Dodge Durango Black deposits in spark plugs/high fuel

I change the pcm, fuel pump, spark plugs, and the vehicle continues to smoke black and comsume the fuel like crazy. Another suggestion? Thanks

Hi:
Check the fuel pump regulator. It sounds like you're getting too much fuel. Also, have you had the computer scanned for codes?
