2001 Dodge Durango Ball Joints

I am replacing the lower ball joints and am having problem installing an OEM replacement, It seems to have to be pressed in. from my little experience i have never found an OEM replacement part for anything being just a hard to install as the factory component. am i doing something wrong?

They make a ball joint press look's like a gaint c clamp i belive they rent them at auto zone part's store for free you just pay a deposite and when you return the tool they give you the deposite back.That's the way to go they work well to press in ball joint's in.
