Could someone tell me about if when water running out of engine, is this a water pump gone bad. And if so, about how much should I expect to pay for replace and repair. Thanks, O.G.

Depends on where the coolant is leaking. Is it close to the engine or near the radiator? Could be many things, radiator, hose, thermostat, water pump, heater core etc.... Will need to take a look up close to see where the coolant leak is originating from.
