P0307 I know as a # 7 cyl. missfire. Took the vehicle to the dealer and was told that I have a crack head. Can that be so?

It's posssible the head is cracked, but you should have other problems with it.

My Durango has fouled a plug periodically with carbon and set a similar code. It's just a matter of clearing the carbon and it runs fine.
