2000 Dodge Durango Fuel gauge and check engine light

My 2000 Dodge Durango was struck by lightning and now my fuel gauge don't work. Check engine light is on also but it seems to be running fine.

The best thing to do at this point is bring it to autozone, or your local parts place and get a free computer scan, bring the codes back to me and I will look them up for you.
